Service/Vendor Management - AVP Glasgow 3258119 We're seeking someone to join our team to be responsible for governance of Third-Party relationships and activities related to the onboarding and ongoing monitoring of Third-Party Services throughout their lifecycle. A successful candidate has experience in or knowledge of third-party risk processes and risk assessment. In addition to the responsibilities laid out below, the successful candidate will play a support role in delivering projects, ranging from short-term strategic assessments to large-scale change risk initiatives. Read on What you'll do in the role: - Serve as a subject matter expert within functional area, working with Team Manager to manage processes, risks and/or projects, proposing and implementing improvements/changes - Act as key problem solver for area or expertise, applying detailed knowledge to address unique or novel situations, recognise risks and draw out key issues - Coordinate work, train and develop other team members where required, including task allocation, and project contribution - Chairing daily calls with Vendor Partners to discuss daily priorities to meet the KPIs. - Track and co-ordinate with corporate services, Finance team and COO for License renewal and invoice processing.
