We're currently recruiting an ambitious Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Chartwells on a full time basis contracted to 40 hours per week. Your key responsibilities will include:
11. Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
12. Overseeing and implementing menu changes
13. Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
14. Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
15. Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
16. Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
17. Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
18. Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
19. Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Satefty regulations
Our ideal Chef will:
20. Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
21. Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
22. Have experience supervising a team
23. Have experience in a similar Chef role
24. Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
25. Have a flexible approach to working
