Job Title: Customer Service Administrator Location: Coleshill B46 Salary: £25K Working Hours: Mon-Fri 09.00am to 17.30pm Job Type: Full time, permanent Customer Service Administrator should proactively assist in administration support for the effective running of our warehouse operations through data input, record keeping and liaising with customers both internal and external with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Main Duties and responsibilities of Customer Service Administrator: Ensure a safe working environment by complying with laws, company policies, and health & safety guidelines. Maintain agreed customer service levels and KPIs. Handle customer queries, keep customers and management updated on progress. Log and resolve customer claims within the required time frame, liaising with internal departments, third parties, and insurance as needed. Manage goods-in calendar and board according to labour resources. Customer Service Administrator should control stock, support investigations, and manage stock movement. Manage the inbox, handle booking requests, and general customer and supplier inquiries. Ensure drivers have the correct paperwork for deliveries and are aware of any customer requirements. Participate in projects for continual improvement and increased profitability. Customer Service Administrator should perform any other ad-hoc accounts or admin tasks as needed. Key requirements of Customer Service Administrator: Candidates should live locally in Coleshill Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
