This position focuses on delivering exceptional conservation projects across the South East, working with prestigious organisations on landmark sites, including museums, historic buildings, and listed properties. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a specialised heritage engineering team. Carry out structural assessments of historic materials and buildings. Prepare high-quality reports, sketches, and presentations. Oversee the delivery of projects, including regular site visits and inspections. Provide mentorship to team members and support professional development initiatives. Key Requirements: Chartered Engineer with extensive experience in conservation projects. CARE-accredited or actively pursuing accreditation (full support provided). Comprehensive knowledge of historic structures and materials. Strong communication skills, with an ability to convey technical information clearly. Proven ability to manage teams and projects effectively.
