The ideal candidate will develop relationships with strategic customers to identify, secure and grow new business opportunities for Penta Consulting. You will be responsible for selling Penta Consulting’s services and achieving sales revenue targets.
Responsibilities
* Identify and engage at a New Business level with clients in desginated geographical and technical skill areas
* To create, guide and direct new business development opportunities aligning to current business strategy
* Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas by acquiring new accounts.
* Meet with clients, to develop relationships and understand their needs in order to drive business sales
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business
* 3+ years' of recruitment sales consulting or business to business development experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience
* Strong sales negotiation and sales closing skills
* Suitable experience in generating new business sales opportunities, you should have a proven track record of delivering growth within a complex client portfolio
