If so, we want to hear from you About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate KS2 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Telford. This is a full-time position starting after the February half term, working through Dunbar Education. You will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs, helping them to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons Help to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment Support pupils in developing their social and communication skills Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to monitor student progress Requirements Previous experience working with children with SEN (desirable) A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and well-being A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one Why Join Dunbar Education?
