* Provide toolset and method coaching and promote best practice in Defence UK programmes.
Who we’re looking for:
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of:
* Applying Systems Engineering to complex engineering problems, utilising knowledge of Systems Engineering tools, techniques and processes.

* Managing enterprise data in a structured database such as DOORS and an understanding of Information Management and Change Control principles.
* Using software development language (e.g. Python, C#) skills to develop solutions and implement Systems Engineering principles.
* Leading strategic initiatives, or evidence of an aptitude towards strategic thinking.
It is preferable that you are Degree Qualified or Apprentice Trained in a relevant discipline (e.g. Computer Science or STEM subject), however this is not essential – professional experience is equally valid.

It is desirable but not essential that the successful candidate will have:
* Experience in or knowledge of other related frameworks (TOGAF, MODAF, DODAF).
* Familiarity with ISO 15288 and its application to engineering complex problems.
* A broad understanding of Gas Turbine physical and functional characteristics.
* Membership with INCOSE or related professional body.
* Demonstrable evidence of collaborative working across different engineering disciplines and influencing senior engineers.
