About the role As business development and proposals coordinator, you will support our regional director, providing assistance in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to new work proposals. The role is suited to an energetic, enthusiastic individual keen to apply and develop their skills in business development, market research and bid coordination. Responsibilities Actively manage and maintain our client relationship management (CRM) system Monitor our market intelligence feeds and portals Research and track future work opportunities Contribute to the development of bids Effectively coordinate bid opportunities, including organising meetings, managing the storage of tender updates and clarifications, and uploading tender responses and queries Essential Highly organised Good attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritise workload Good planning and prioritising skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to work on own initiative Excellent communication and time management skills Fluent in spoken and written English Good interpersonal skills A diligent and flexible approach to work Willingness to learn new skills Desirable Qualified to degree level in a relevant discipline Experience in a winning work/bid coordination/marketing Experience in the construction industry Why apply This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking company.
