Howdens Joinery have an opportunity for an SAP EWM Analyst to join our Supply & Enterprise team. The SAP EWM Analyst is responsible for analysing business requirements, designing and configuring effective solutions, and collaborating with the Warehouse teams to deliver and support fit-for-purpose solutions with appropriate training and documentation This is a permanent opportunity and can be based from our office in Howden, Yorkshire, Runcorn in Cheshire or our site in Raunds, Northamptonshire where we ask you to work onsite 3 days per week. What will I be doing as an SAP EWM Analyst? • Analyse business requirements and make recommendations for change, and design effective solutions. • Create functional specifications that enable developers to program the required solution • Be proactive in incident and problem management ensuring minimal operational disruption while optimising system performance. • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting junior team members • Play an active part in enhancing warehouse processes through SAP EWM enhancements and projects • System configuration to meet the requirements of the business and oversee the implementation of any associated software components What we need from you. • Excellent hands-on experience in SAP WM/EWM configuration • Strong all-round knowledge of IT, with deep expertise in supply chain and logistics processes. • Demonstrable experience delivering EWM solutions on the S/4HANA platform • Ideally an understanding of integration points with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and TM • Experience with ALE, IDoc, EDI, and basic ABAP debugging would be beneficial along with knowledge of warehouse operational processes • A willingness to learn new processes with a strong aptitude for problem solving and a flexible approach to working • Have excellent communication skills What we can offer you. • Competitive salary and annual company bonus • Excellent pension scheme (company contribution of up to 12%) • 25 days holiday bank holidays with the option to buy additional days • Staff Discount • Employee Assistance Programme • Exceptional Reward and Recognition events About Howdens: Howdens Joinery is the UK’s number one trade kitchen supplier providing thousands of products across kitchens, joinery, and hardware.
