Role Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic MDT Coordinator to join us to support the Asthma team within the Respiratory Department.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Asthma MDT and also the Asthma clinical teams on a daily basis, including secretarial duties for Dr. Masoli.
Team leading duties will also be required within the Respiratory Admin team, providing a good opportunity to develop and gain experience in line management.
You must have the ability to communicate with people calmly, sensitively, and effectively both on the telephone and in person. A flexible and calm approach to staff and patients will be necessary, alongside the ability to support staff through change. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with patients are required. You will need to have the ability to use your own initiative, prioritizing your workload to meet the changing needs of the department. Flexibility, excellent problem-solving skills, and adaptability with excellent IT skills are essential.
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday (hours per week), 8-4 or 9-5
