SLC have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Reporting Coordinator to join the Partner Services team here at SLC. In this role, you will support the Service Delivery Account Management teams with the service interactions between SLC and external education providers (EPs) to ensure they deliver against SLC Service Standards. Acting in a supporting role, you will produce a range of reports that will provide support to four teams of Account Managers in daily activities that contribute to Service Delivery meeting annual objectives, enabling the teams to fulfil their Provider engagement programmes and manage the performance of EPs. This is a critical role that will provide valuable insight into the relationship between SLC and EPs and the data required to ensure loans, grants and tuition fees are paid accurately and on time. What you bring: Very good reporting and analytical skills with proven ability to process data using MS Excel, presenting findings clearly through various reporting formats and communications An ability to consolidate data from multiple sources into single reports, providing commentary on themes and trends Good organisational abilities, demonstrating high-level attention to detail and consistent delivery against deadlines Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicating across all levels Self-motivated professional who takes initiative in decision-making and problem-solving Commitment to continuous improvement, actively developing both personal working practices and those of others You can expect more from a career with SLC.
