We are seeking an Administrator to join a fast paced team in the Markethill area. As Administrator, you will be responsible for providing crucial support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes, and helping to drive the success of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receiving and processing orders from customers which includes answering questions in relation to orders and follow up on sales inquiries
* Following up on quotations to secure orders
* Set up new customer accounts
* Invoice Reconciliation and assisting with accounts
* Produce tracker reports and fuel card reports
* Perform various clerical tasks to support office operations
* Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical documents
* Type and proofread documents with accuracy (Quotes - Reports)
* Inputting data on excel on a daily basis and ensuring records are up to date
* Organise Lorries/Deliveries efficiently
Experience and skills:
* Previous experience in an administrative role is essential (minimum 2 years)
* Proficiency in using Microsoft
* Ability to work accurately and to meet deadlines in a fast paced office.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
* Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft packages for basic bookkeeping tasks
Working hours for this role are 8am - 4:30/5pm. (negotiable)
