About the Role
Our client is looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to lead their team in Croydon. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality personal care services, ensuring that every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a real difference in people's lives. You will oversee the daily operations of the branch, lead a team of care professionals, and ensure that care services meet high standards, are compliant with all regulations, and are delivered in line with best practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the daily operations of the branch and manage the care team to deliver high-quality personal care services.
2. Ensure that the branch has the correct number of qualified care workers to meet demand and maintain high care standards.
3. Monitor and ensure that all processes are followed and documented correctly.
4. Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements, as well as meeting the expectations of contract holders.
5. Support the development of the team through coaching, training, and leadership.

Qualifications
1. Registered Manager status.
2. Proven experience managing a branch in domiciliary care.
3. Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification.
4. Strong organisational and leadership skills.
5. A passion for delivering high-quality community care.
6. Solid understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks related to care services.
7. Strong business management, budgeting, and commercial skills.
