We are currently seeking a dedicated Enduring Officer to join our security team in Leeds. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a consistently high-end security service, in line with the client’s requirements, to protect their employees, property and other assets. You will serve as the recognised central point of contact for all incidents, ensuring swift and effective responses. You will deliver the highest levels of customer service, consistently demonstrating Securitas' core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. In an emergency, you will be present, prepared and trained to take immediate and appropriate action, enhancing the security and resilience on-site at a moment’s notice. You will be required to work 48 hours per week over 5.5 days, with shifts from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, with full 8-hour pay. Please note, this is a full-time position with no job shares available. Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients and visitors Apply extensive knowledge and experience in security to manage and resolve incidents effectively Demonstrate strong self-motivation and decision-making abilities to operate independently, especially in stressful situations Actively address all security-related issues during the duty period to ensure a secure environment Quickly and efficiently respond to identifiable threats, incidents or provide colleague support when needed Maintain constant and effective communication with the Joint Operation Centre through radio, tablet or other technology Maintain a professional demeanour, staying alert, visible and demonstrating a strong security presence at all times Remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations, utilising problem-solving skills to manage emergencies Adhere strictly to all security protocols and complete accurate incident reports and documentation as required SIA Licence - Door Supervisor/Close Protection Access to vehicle/good transport links 6yrs Security experience RTW and 5yr checkable history Good customer service Strong written and verbal communication Ability to acquire Enhanced DBS checks Able to stand for long periods of time Uphold Securitas' core values of integrity, vigilance and helpfulness
