About the Role As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the development of children aged 0-5 years. Your creativity and care will help build a strong foundation for their future learning, while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development in line with the EYFS framework. Build positive relationships with children, fostering a safe and nurturing environment. Monitor and record each child’s progress, working closely with parents and carers to share insights. Support children’s physical, emotional, and social development through play and exploration. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children and staff. Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times. About You We are looking for someone who: Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. Has a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is creative, patient, and enthusiastic about early childhood education. Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements. Possesses previous experience in an Early Years setting (desirable but not essential). All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
