The position does require a workplace role and is not suitable for remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing high-level administrative support to senior executive
2. Managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence
3. Coordinating business operations and liaising with suppliers
4. Handling confidential information with discretion
5. Assisting with project management and day-to-day tasks
Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
2. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management tools
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
