Due to consistent growth, we are looking for an organised, friendly, and proactive individual to join the team as a Receptionist. The business is an award-winning, multi-branch vehicle repair centre. They are a top of the range, cutting-edge repair centre with a pristine working environment. Serving customers with top of the range vehicles, you’ll need to have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading repair centre brands within the motor industry. Your role As a Receptionist, you will deliver an incredible customer service experience to all who enter the Repair Centre. You will build rapport with customers and establish their needs quickly in order to create a bespoke service for them. Initially, you will also manage incoming calls and will be responsible for connecting the callers to the right department. However, the business is slowly looking to alter this to enable you to just solely focus on customers who walk into the premises instead of answering incoming calls. As the company Receptionist, you’ll be a Brand Ambassador, reflecting the brand image and standards in everything they do. You’ll make customers feel welcomed to the repair centre and put customer service as the forefront of everything you do. Profile/Skills Required: Warm, Friendly and approachable personality Previous experience within a Receptionist, Showroom Host or Customer Service role whereby you’ve had experience in greeting customers. You’ll always happy to go above and beyond where possible Confident personality Excellent timekeeping and organisation skills IT Skills including Microsoft Office The passion and ability to learn an in-house system (Excellent training provided)
