Experience Level: Must have previous experience working in an optician and must have a GOC number.
As a Dispensing Optician Manager, you'll be part of the Specsavers team, working together to provide every customer the best possible service. Your role is crucial in this effort.
In this key role, you'll work to the highest professional standards, providing a dispensing and aftercare service that's exceptional. You'll work to boost sales, profit, and customer loyalty, exceeding customers' needs as well as business objectives. You will be our resident expert, sharing your knowledge with customers and staff alike, while working alongside our dedicated professionals and using the latest equipment. Additionally, you will support the team and lead by example, carrying out regular 121s and tracking your team's activity and performance.
