We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor (0-3 PQE) to join our growing Housing & Regeneration team.
You will be joining one of the UK’s foremost Housing and Regeneration housing management teams who have a wealth of experience in acting for Registered Providers. The team works on varied and complex matters including anti-social behaviour, housing management possessions, injunctions, committals, housing disrepair, property condition and hoarding cases, access cases, and housing management policy advice.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a hardworking and talented individual who has experience of working on a range of housing and regeneration matters. This role may also be suitable for those who have prior experience, including but not limited to contentious housing, management, antisocial behaviour, and disrepairs.
You can expect high-quality work and the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers within the team to gain exposure to complex and high-profile cases.
The team works in a flexible way across our offices; as such, you can expect to work collaboratively with talented colleagues across the wider team. We are looking for this individual to be based in our Manchester or Liverpool office.
