Reporting to the Digital & Customer Director, the Head of Digital Experience will lead our large, global Ecommerce Team, consisting of Visual Merchandising; Ecommerce Operations; Copywriting and UX Analysis.
As the senior leader within the team, you will be responsible for all team strategy, output, and processes. You will work closely with a wide number of internal teams to ensure that we provide seamless, high-performing experiences that showcase our products and messages optimally across our global storefronts.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
1. Responsible for the onsite experience of our customers across web and app, ensuring an engaging, optimised, and high-performing shopping experience.
2. Leading a team of Ecommerce Assistants, Copywriters, Visual Merchandisers, and UX Analysts, creating a collaborative and innovative work environment.
3. Defining the onsite search and merchandising strategy, working closely with the Visual Merchandising Team and our Search and Merchandising platform provider, Bloomreach.
4. Embracing a data-driven approach and embedding a test-and-learn mindset within the team and across the wider business.
5. Working with UX Analysts on User Experience and Conversion Rate Optimisation roadmaps, planning, prioritising, delivering, measuring, and reporting on all tests.
6. Being the face of the Ecommerce team, interfacing with peers across PLT and the wider Boohoo Group.
7. Overseeing and leading the onsite personalisation strategy, focusing on harnessing first-party data throughout our onsite experience.
8. Ensuring products, product visibility, and site navigation are fully optimised.
9. Defining reporting and analysis requirements to demonstrate value and feed into wider business decisions.
10. Managing third-party relationships and continually reviewing the value that new and existing partners can add.
11. Providing requirements to the tech team to further develop our tools and systems.
12. Maintaining a thorough understanding of industry trends and new opportunities.
13. Ensuring the accurate delivery of campaign launches and promotions.
