Business Development Manager (B2B)
Norwich Office
Full-time Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
£35K salary plus commission (OTE £45K)
My client is the UK's largest exclusive lead generation company, specialising in high-quality, GDPR-compliant leads for solar panels, double glazing, heat pumps, boilers, and insulation.
Role Overview: They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in client relations and has a knack for identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in expanding their client base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Acquisition:Proactively engage with potential clients to introduce and sell our high-quality, exclusive leads.
* Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
* Strategic Outreach: Utilise various outreach methods (no cold calling - think strategic engagement and relationship-building) to connect with potential clients.
* Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
