* Location: Reading - Semi-rural practice with modern facilities
* Salary: Up to £11,500 per session + 6 weeks annual leave (pro-rata), NHS pension, health cash plan, and indemnity coverage.
* Working Hours: 2-6 sessions depending on your preference; Monday: 10:30AM-8:00PM, Thursday & Friday: 9:00AM-6:30PM (1 in 5 Fridays until 10:30AM-8:00 PM)

This is a progressive, GP-led environment focused on delivering high-quality, coordinated care. Leveraging data-driven insights, streamlined administration, and strong support, the practice aims to improve patient care and team efficiency.

o The GP workday consists of two 4-hour 10-minute sessions. As a GP, youll deliver high-quality, autonomous care, managing patient conditions and contributing to the practices ongoing improvements. Flexibility and a patient-centred approach are essential.
