About this Role
We're excited to welcome a Home Specialist to our existing store team, focusing on providing a warm and welcoming environment for our customers and creating a memorable experience through their in-depth product knowledge and passion for great design and interiors.
Responsibilities include:
* Identifying customer needs and answering product related questions using your product knowledge whilst offering advice and guidance in the selection of suitable products
* Processing sales and communicating accurate information, including creating purchase orders from suppliers and quotations for customers
* Supporting in improving and maintaining brand standards on visual display and merchandising to meet our company guidelines
* Organising meetings for our in-house Designers to support with kitchen and home design appointments.
* Following Neptune policies and procedures to maintain our stock, cash handling and customer records
* Supporting with maintaining the upkeep of our stores, ensuring they are presented to our brand standards
Our stores are open 7 days a week and so it's important that you'll have flexibility to work during the week and at weekends also.
