In this key position, you will support both commissioning and operational teams across the ICB, working closely with the Director of Delivery. Your mission: ensure we have a robust, data-driven performance narrative that guides and informs our delivery efforts. In this role, you will oversee performance management, identifying key trends and collaborating with both internal and external teams to develop and implement improvement plans. Your focus will be on driving measurable progress where needed, ensuring performance is consistently elevated across the board. You will take charge of coordinating the completion of performance reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency, with these insights feeding directly into ICB board meetings. As Head of Performance, you will work closely with the ICB’s Business Intelligence team to continuously evolve the business intelligence platform, ensuring it remains dynamic and responsive to the organisation's needs. In this senior leadership role, your passion for driving planning, performance, and improvement will be vital. You’ll work to deliver operational plan objectives in close partnership with the Director of Delivery, ICB Planning Lead, Relationship Directors, Place Directors, and Heads of Programmes of Care. A key responsibility will be leading the ongoing development of an integrated Performance Improvement Framework, ensuring alignment with internal, local, and national standards. You’ll also be responsible for forecasting and monitoring the trajectory of improvement, particularly when standards fall short, to ensure swift, effective action in full support of the Director of Delivery.
