Finance Assistant - Accounts Payable
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join the Accounts Payable team, based in the A&O Shearman Belfast office.

Belfast Finance is part of the A&O Shearman Support Services Centre, which was founded in 2011 with the aim of offering support to the A&O Shearman network.
Within the Belfast Finance, our services encompass managing financial accounting and reporting, revenue and ebilling, credit control, accounts payable, and tax. We provide support to offices located in London, the United States, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. Our approach is marked by a robust dedication to client service, and we diligently adhere to Service Level Agreements, targets, and deadlines to ensure that our performance aligns with client expectations.

What you will do
As a Finance Assistant in the Accounts Payable team, you will ensure high quality services are provided to both internal and external clients on a timely basis. You will also work with the Team Lead to continually strive to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the reporting systems and transactional processes, in addition to working with and supporting the appropriate Accounts Payable team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of work in accordance with pre-determined metrics.
This is varied role, including elements of data entry, handling client enquiries, providing detailed financial information in addition to general support and advice.
