FinTech RS are currently supporting our client, an established and well know Legal Firm, to recruit for a Senior Property Administrator in Aberdeen on a Permanent basis. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support within the Property Sales Department, supporting various internal and external stakeholders such as Property Consultants and Viewing Agents to ensure a smooth running of the office and exceeding expectations in providing the highest level of customer service to all customers and clients of the business. This role is 35 hours per week (9am-5pm) and is a full office based role. Key responsibilities of this role: · Assist your colleagues within the Property Sales department with day-to-day property management activities, including leasing, renewals, and tenant communications · Assist with customers inquiries and provide support regarding their question and potential concerns · Diary Management for Property Consultants and Viewing Agents, scheduling their meetings and external visiting for valuations · Liaise and assist colleagues to support busy workloads, duties may include assisting with the negotiation of offers or providing administrative support with leasing agreements for example · Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, including contracts, certifications, insurance, and health and safety documentation · Carrying out all duties in accordance with the property department practices and procedures and property department data base and systems · Participate in all aspects of the marketing of a property from online marketing to in person / telephone communication with customers · Carry out general administrative and reception duties, as well as cash work · Promoting and referring clients, where appropriate, to the firm’s Financial Services Department · Supporting with additional Adhoc duties that arise Previous experience and skills required for this role: · Previous experience working within Property Sales is essential for this role, with a good understanding of the local property market · Previous experience as a Property Administrators very desirable alongside an interest and ability to take further responsibilities and evolve in a role · Excellent customer service and client relation skills, with the ability to build long term relationships with clients and customers · A good work ethic and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a role, happy to take on additional responsibilities · The ability to work to tight/ strict deadlines and under pressure, always being able to prioritize your workload efficiently · Strong Sales and Administrative experience is essential also
