As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced client facing professional with proven, and exceptional, customer service skills to join our team.
This is a challenging and stimulating position based in our Edinburgh head office from Monday to Friday. You must be a dynamic, reliable team player with the ability to communicate in a professional, timely and effective manner with external and internal stakeholders. You will have a positive disposition, be self-motivated, and equally competent in both written and telephone communications to use bespoke systems.
Main tasks and activities:
* Manage incoming client queries via phone and email efficiently and accurately, to meet the needs of both client and company.
* Update logistics system with new client sites, scheduling client inductions and collections in liaison with other departments to ensure smooth setup coordinated.
* Identify and implement service efficiency improvements.
* Communicate and manage sub-contractor performance to achieve exceptional levels of service.
* Assist and perform admin activities to provide support across team.
What we're looking for:
* Fluent, clear, and professional English language skills are required for this role.
* Proven experience in client facing role (minimum of 1 year).
* Excellent communication, influencing, planning, and organisational skills.
* Ability to prioritise and manage workload, effectively multi-tasking at pace.
* Credible, confident, reliable, and resilient.
* Proficient in use of Office365 and comfortable learning new systems.
