Building strong relationships with candidates and clients via written communications (emails and LinkedIn messages) and verbal communications (phone calls, video calls, podcasts and face-to-face meetings) Talent generation and attracting candidates through headhunting and social media channels Screening candidates, arranging interviews and making job offers to successful candidates Reaching out to new and existing clients to ascertain their hiring needs What about you?
