Job summary The purpose of the Support Nurse Post is to provide high-quality nursing support as needed across all departments supporting our work in Palliative Care, including evidence-based symptom control, social and emotional care both to the patient and their support network. The role will be responsible for ensuring day to day clinical support across all Hospice clinical departments as needed. They will support the team to ensure the delivery of the highest standards of care to the patient. They will join key clinical staff in the ongoing assessment, care and management of all Hospice patients until they are discharged from the service.
