Role: We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team that’s growing exponentially! The Marketing Coordinator will be an integral part of the Global Marketing Team. This role reports to the Manager, Marketing Communications, and works closely with our content and growth teams.

In this role you will:
* Coordinate all logistics for European conferences, live events, workshops, webinars, awards ceremonies, including, but not limited to, booth set up, registration, staffing, and hotels. Ensure all tasks are delivered on time and within budget.
* Work with Subject Matter Experts and content writers to set up effective email campaigns for event invites and company newsletters and help maintain product documentation.
* Manage social media calendars including drafting content, creating visual assets (using templates), scheduling social posts, as well as tracking and reporting on KPIs.
* Use Canva and other tools to design images and videos for social media, website, and paid ads campaigns. Most will have a template to use.
* Build landing pages related to ongoing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, accurate messaging, and overall great user experience.
* Help maintain CRM contact data.
* Support PR efforts by liaising with the PR agency and press.
* Ensure all elements are aligned with brand guidelines and optimize quality control.
* Handle general administrative work and other duties as required.
Desired skills:
* 3-5 years experience in a similar role with experience in B2B software/SaaS marketing.
* Strong organization and project management skills. Able to manage multiple assignments at once and meet tight deadlines.
* Experience with Asana, Monday.com or any other project management tool.
* Strong capability to manage CMS like Craft, Wordpress, Marketo, etc.
* Expert with Canva or experience using Adobe design applications – Illustrator, InDesign and/or Photoshop.
* Experience with basic video creation and editing.
* Self-starter with demonstrated ability to communicate ideas, concepts, plans, and problems clearly and efficiently in both oral and written form.
* Has a growth and learning mindset, enjoys learning new skills and tools.
* Always ready to go the extra mile to get things done.
* Required to travel 3-5 times a year within Europe.
* Required to travel outside of the UK to attend team meetings.
