Environmental Compliance & Services Ltd (ECAS) is seeking a full-time Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Birmingham, B37. This position is office based.
Job Description
The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Manager and other team members. This position will also assist in the recruitment process by assisting with the onboarding of new employees.
Working as the HR Assistant you will be:
* Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of attendance records, database and spreadsheets, ensuring in line with firm and departmental requirements and systems
* Supporting with the onboarding process of new employees
* Creating and issuing offer letters and employment contracts
* Managing the DBS and employment references process in a timely manner
* Creating and ensuring new employee records are correct on the inhouse HR system
* Carrying out inductions for new starters and ensuring payroll information is received
* Supporting with HR queries and projects
* Writing engaging job adverts
We are looking for someone with previous HR administration experience.

Pay: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
