Role Overview
As part of our dynamic education team, you'll work alongside some of the world's greatest hairdressers in a varied and creative role that offers a richly rewarding and successful future. You will create, execute, and deliver education to salons within your territory and in our Regional Venues, reporting to the L’Oréal Professionnel Paris Northern Education Manager. You will work closely with the commercial Managers and Business Partners to ensure the quality of knowledge and service associated with the brand is conveyed to the salons.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver education expertise within a salon or beauty environment.
2. Inspire others to maximize their performance through color and retail.
3. Maintain high standards and flexibility in your work.
4. Travel as required, including potential overnight stays.
5. Stay current with trends and maintain a passion for haircare and skincare.
Minimum Requirements
1. Experience in delivering Technical Workshops, Presentations, and Classes.
2. Technical competence in cutting and styling.
3. Strong communication skills at all levels.
4. Experience building relationships with clients.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
6. Ability to inspire, motivate, coach, and develop people.
