HR Officer
Full time, Maternity Cover
Monday – Friday
Salary: £27,912 – £33,115 per annum
Location: Slough
My client is looking to recruit a hardworking, well-qualified, innovative, and committed HR Officer.
Your responsibilities are to:
1. Assist senior management with recruitment, liaise with agencies, shortlisting, and interviews
2. Help keep HR systems updated
3. Assist with personnel audits
4. Liaise with the payroll team
5. Keep up to date with the policies and procedures
6. Deal with employee-related matters in a timely and effective manner
Ideally, candidates will have:
1. Ability to inspire students to achieve their full potential
2. Working knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
3. Excellent verbal and written skills
4. Recent experience working in HR within the UK curriculum
5. Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with staff, pupils, and parents
6. A current enhanced DBS certificate
