Education Impact Academy Trust is a MAT incorporating The Hive College, Wilson Stuart School, Queensbury School and Mayfield School. The Hive College is based in Erdington, Birmingham and is a Specialist Further Education College for learners aged 19-25 years with Special Educational Needs and disabilities. In November 2023 we were graded Outstanding in every single aspect of an Ofsted Inspection.

The right candidate will have:
1. Level 2 qualification in English and Maths
2. The ability to use IT systems/Microsoft Office and to conduct analysis and produce reports

5. The ability to create good relationships with students, staff, parents and external partners
