Responsibilities
Bilingual Customer Service Adviser
Location: Walsall
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Ref: 4235CS
Main duties: Provide outstanding service to customers together with processing orders, providing quotations and office administration
The role:
– Respond to customers via email or phone
– Offer before and after sales support to customers
– Be responsible for creating quotes, negotiating prices and follow ups
– Order processing which includes but not limited to collecting info on tooling, materials, shipping, invoicing and stock availability
– Support and liaise with all internal teams
– Translations and department support for customers
– Coordinate returns and repairs
– Other administrative duties as required
Candidate's Profile
– Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
– Fluent in an additional language (Italian or French or Spanish or German or Dutch) essential
– Customer service experience required
– Experience working within a technical or manufacturing environment preferred
– Excellent communication skills
– Dynamic, confident and able to work in a busy environment
