Are you a highly numerate Digital Trading professional with experience of delivering significant change to drive brand retention?
Looking for a role where you can take responsibility for ensuring strong account health is maintained across all Marketplaces including Amazon 1P, through regular communication internally and externally with core stakeholders, management of the new season launch process, as well as the successful launch of new marketplaces (globally) and optimising all DTC accounts?
Are you technically skilled across Analytics/BI systems e.g. PowerBI, Google Data Studio?
If so, we have an opportunity for a Group Marketplace Account Executive to join our Digital Team here at Regatta!
The Impact you will have in this role is:
1. Long-term (and rationalised) marketplace roadmap, based on clear strategic tiering and prioritisation, to maximise sales and profit growth and drive efficiency through scalability.
2. Regular and deep analytical performance insight, tailored to each marketplace platform, to identify new/broader commercial opportunities and to optimise trading and operational performance.
3. Optimised product and content plans, which amplify marketplace product visibility and customer engagement to drive marketplace traffic, conversion, revenue and profitability.
4. Strong, long-standing partnerships with priority marketplaces, built on forming strong relationships with both commercial and operational teams for all marketplace platforms.
5. Robust operational process defined and embedded, with a clear roadmap of service improvements in place, collaborating with both Customer Experience and Logistics teams to deliver and optimise.
6. Clear measurement of service levels across priority marketplaces, including capturing and addressing customer sentiment and feedback through the appropriate platform/channel to maximise retention.
7. New and innovative marketplace tools and techniques embedded with the Digital team, which improve internal processes, to drive consumer engagement and experience across all marketplaces.
8. Inspired, passionate and growing Marketplace team, which is well organised and motivated, with clear development and succession plans in place and strong coaching and training opportunities.
9. Close working relationships with Digital, Wholesale, Retail, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Experience teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives and improvements.
10. Compliance and adherence to consumer and data protection policies, managing marketplace consumer data and mitigating risk where applicable, aligned to the Group’s GDPR procedures.
As our future Group Marketplace Account Executive, you will have:
1. Strong Digital trading experience in a similar fast-paced commercial environment and industry.
2. Highly numerate, with experience utilising large & complex data.
3. High appreciation for consumer experience, including experience of delivering significant change to drive brand retention.
4. Experienced in third party stakeholder management in influencing and negotiating. Accountable experience of ‘owning’ a digital trade plan and delivering tangible profitable growth, including sales and margin planning.
5. Experience with financial and operational forecasting.
6. Experience in complying with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7. Knowledge of relevant international eCommerce regulations e.g. customs/import tax.
8. Knowledge of Product & stock management systems e.g. ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, Amazon Portals.
9. Microsoft OneDrive (Excel).
