About the Role
As the Office Assistant/PA to the CEO, you will be the backbone of the organisation, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This is not just an administrative role; it's a chance to engage with all areas of the business and contribute to the company strategy. Your proactive approach will be key in enhancing their efficiency and organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management:
o Oversee daily office operations for a productive environment.
o Manage office supplies, facilities, and filing systems.
o Front of house duties with a warm, professional touch.
2. PA Duties:
o Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare itineraries for the CEO and senior team.
o Create reports, presentations, and take minutes during meetings.
o Organise travel arrangements, events, and special celebrations.
o Handle expense reports and personal errands for the CEO as required.
3. HR and Administrative Support:
o Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts and offer letters.
o Track holiday, sickness records, and other HR metrics.
o Facilitate cross-departmental communication and strategic planning.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Experience in a similar role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
* Confident in working with senior executives and external stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
