Duties
1. To prepare correspondence and documents through our case management system.
2. Administer filling which will include the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.
3. Make appointments, arrange meetings, provide support to others as required.
4. Attend clients in both person and on the telephone.
5. Exchange contracts and preparing of files for completion.
6. Requesting searches.
7. Liaising with clients through emails.
8. Ensure confidentiality of all the firm's and client's documentation and information.
9. Any other duties as required to assist in the running of a vibrant law firm.
