HR Business Partner | £50k | Mid-Kent Our client, a successful, well-established business in Mid Kent, are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. Reporting into the HR Director, and working within the HR team, this role will partner with the wider business providing support as the company grows Role To work both strategically and operationally in a business partnering capacity to ensure HR support is provided to a high level. Implement and deliver end to end policy. Provide support and guidance to managers with complex employee relations issues. Ensure that managers are equipped with the skills to coach their people to high levels of performance and ongoing development of their skills. Use data to analyse decisions on strategic approaches to challenges. Support the HR Director with upcoming HR projects Lead and mentor junior of the HR Team. The ideal candidate - CIPD Level 5 qualified or candidates who are qualified by experience Demonstrable experience as an HR Generalist. Strong communication and business partnering skills. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded. Experience in mergers and acquisitions would be desired but not essential Current knowledge of employment legislation.
