A new and exciting opportunity has arisen! Orbital Recruitment is currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide administration and recruitment support to our onsite recruitment team based over two sites.
The Role:
1. Supporting with onsite interviews and induction.
2. Ensuring candidates have all relevant right to work documents and additional compliance needs are met.
3. Checking in staff throughout the day ensuring all departments have the requested requirement.
4. Completing performance checks with the current workforce, offering support to workers who may not be achieving the expected targets, praising workers who have met or exceeded targets.
5. Supporting workers on their first day and the initial stages of their assignment.
6. Conducting return to works and absence management.

2. Ability to build relationships.
3. Strong administrator.
4. Ability to deal with high-pressure environments.
5. Good communication skills and proactive.
6. Ability to work well within a team and alone.

Details:
Working hours – Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00. Flexibility is preferred.
