We are looking for an Audit Semi-Senior to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on audit experience, direct client interaction, and a clear pathway for career progression. If you're eager to develop your skills and take on new challenges, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
1. Audit Assignments: Assist in audits from planning to completion, working with a variety of owner-managed businesses, from SMEs to larger firms.
2. On-Site Client Work: Participate in client meetings throughout the audit process, ensuring smooth communication and professional service.
3. Risk & Compliance: Help identify key risk areas, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and maintaining audit quality.
4. Collaboration & Development: Work closely with senior auditors and managers, learning from experienced professionals.
5. Coaching & Mentoring: Support and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their technical and client-handling skills.
6. Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency in audit procedures and overall client experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1. Part-Qualified ACA/ACCA Accountant, or working towards qualification.
2. Experience in audit practice, with an understanding of regulatory standards.
3. Strong analytical skills—able to assess risks and maintain audit quality.
4. Client-focused approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
5. Excellent time management, able to balance multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
6. A collaborative mindset, keen to work as part of a supportive and forward-thinking team.
