One of our clients is looking for a PMO Manager to drive PMO activities globally across a portfolio of finance driven change initiatives. Role: PMO Manager Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 (DOE) Discretionary benefits Permanent or 3 year FTC available Hybrid working: 4 days a week in central London ASAP start date The PMO Manager will play a key role in driving the Finance Transformation Program, ensuring the successful execution of initiatives across multiple regions. This role requires a structured yet adaptable project management approach to support five critical workstreams, including systems and master data, finance function capability, financial close, and accounting control. The ideal candidate will have strong multicultural experience, the ability to navigate complex transformation programs, and the emotional intelligence to guide stakeholders through significant organizational changes. They will act as a strategic partner, ensuring accountability, fostering collaboration, and balancing structure with agility. To successfully deliver in this role you will need to have: 10 years of PMO experience in a multi-location transformation program, preferably in finance or service industries. Demonstrated success in navigating complex, global projects and managing cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of finance processes, transformation programs, and system implementations. Strong change management experience, particularly in culturally diverse environments. Track record of successfully ensuring that all governance processes are being followed by the wider change team Strong Stakeholder management skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business and build rapport quickly to ensure successful outcomes Key responsibilities: Lead the Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring structured governance, clear objectives, and alignment with transformation goals. Establish project management best practices that maintain rigor without excessive bureaucracy. Track and manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Guide and nudge teams in the right direction, holding stakeholders accountable for deliverables and milestones. Navigate multicultural environments with an understanding of service industry dynamics and local market nuances. Communicate complex changes with sensitivity and emotional intelligence, ensuring buy-in at all levels. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, ensuring sustainable change. Monitor project success through key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed. This is a permanent or 3 year FTC opportunity with travel to a London office 4 times a week.
