We are looking for a Workshop Administrator to provide administration support for the day-to-day activities of the workshops. Be the first point of contact for all building visitors.
Reporting to the Head of Production, key areas of responsibility include (please see the full job description and person specification for the comprehensive list):
* To be the first point of contact at the scenic workshops welcoming staff and visitors, signing in as necessary.
* To deal with deliveries and couriers.
* To work with Heads of Departments to keep Health & Safety records and training records up to date
* To deal with reported queries regarding maintenance and repairs, including the intruder alarm.
* To collate timesheets, casual timesheets, holiday forms, sickness forms and TOIL sheets on a weekly basis and maintain the internal labour recharge sheet.
* To assist in finance orders, BACS, credit card orders and setting up new suppliers for all HOD's.
To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have the following knowledge and experience:
* Good organisational and administrative skills.
* Confident in the use of office software Inc. excel and outlook.
* Diary and time management skills.
* The ability to work as part of a team.
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
* Ability to use own initiative and work under pressure to deadlines.
This is a part-time, permanent position based at the Timothy's Bridge Road Workshops, in Stratford upon Avon. You will be working 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.00pm.
