Digital Marketing Intern - Digital Plus (12 month Placement) Start Date: July 2025 (1 year internship / industrial placement) Location : Farnborough, Hampshire / remote combination Contract Type : 12 months fixed term Salary : £19,000 plus end of contract bonus In this role, you have the opportunity to: join a highly successful Digital Marketing team focused on developing and growing our beautiful apps Pregnancy and Baby. In this role, you'll craft and refine advertisement strategies and campaigns to ensure that our advertisers' content remains consistently engaging, relevant, and of top-notch quality. Your responsibilities will include daily operational support, as well as the implementation and enhancement of new campaigns to drive marketing activations. You will also be involved in the creation of monthly reports to assess campaign performance and brainstorm optimization strategies. Your role: - Maximise lifetime value of our consumers through direct-to-consumer advertising via the D.A.R.Y.L. self-service advertising platform for Pregnancy and Baby apps. Support daily operations to optimize campaigns and support partners communications. - Drive all marketing campaign activities across your assigned partners. Lead the execution and constant optimization of D2C digital marketing activation strategy to build their brand, drive sales and to boost their market position. - Work closely with other functions like, analytics, content, design, and development to ensure a great consumer experience. - Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to pilot new projects and develop best practices. - Run monthly reports for your assigned partners, derive insights from data and brainstorm optimization suggestions based on campaign performance. You are part of our Digital team, operates under the Mother & Childcare and Women's Health cluster within our Personal Health business. You will be supported by a close-knit Digital Marketing team who are based between Amsterdam (head office) and UK.
