What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated non-teaching RESET Co-Ordinator, to join our pastoral team. The successful applicant will manage our RESET room, providing a structured and supportive environment for students who are removed from lessons due to disruptive or dysregulated behaviour. They will facilitate students' return to a regulated state, ready to re-engage with learning, through a combination of restorative practices, academic support, and high expectations.
We are looking for an applicant who understands the emotional needs of young people and is able to work with them and colleagues across the school. As a result, the successful candidate will be confident in dealing a wide range of student behaviours and will be able to adapt to the changing needs of the young people in our care.
