A professional organisation based in Southampton, Hampshire are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Advisor to join their HR team on a permanent basis.
This fantastic opportunity has become available due to the growth of the business and would suit a highly organised and pro-active recruiter to provide end-to-end recruitment support.
What will the role Senior Recruitment Advisor involve?
Manage vacancies and monitor incoming applications via the applicant tracking system
Meet with and build quality relationships with internal and external
Liaise with hiring managers to review job descriptions and requirements
Create and publish job adverts
Source, screen and shortlist candidates, attending recruitment events when required to expand the network of applicants
Manage employment offers to successful candidates
Suitable Candidate for Senior Recruitment Advisor:
Experience of working in a previous recruitment role
Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems
Team orientated, highly organised and happy to work in a fast paced environment
