We are seeking a motivated Junior Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our busy AV communications company based on the outskirts of Dartford. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their office management skills and gain experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. About the Role You will work closely with the small, friendly team to keep everything running smoothly. This position will involve various administrative tasks like handling emails, phone calls, scheduling, preparing documents, and assisting with orders. You’ll also be responsible for keeping the office organized and supporting colleagues in different areas. No two days are the same From helping prepare quotes to greeting clients and ensuring the office is well-stocked, you’ll be the go-to person for general office tasks. You’ll also lend a hand with coordinating team schedules and assisting with day-to-day activities. Main Responsibilities: First point of contact for clients, customers, and suppliers. Responding to phone and email inquiries. Managing the shared inbox and directing emails as needed. Supporting with quotations, invoices, and filing systems. Assisting with placing and chasing orders. Helping the team with administrative tasks like scheduling and travel arrangements. Keeping the office organized and well-stocked with supplies. Supporting the Operations and Accounts Manager with day-to-day duties. Key Skills Required: Basic experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Enthusiastic and willing to help with a variety of tasks. Previous office experience is a plus but not required – training will be provided.
