Job Title: Commercial Manager
Type: Permanent Full Time, 37.5 hours
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join Lovells East Anglia region. As our Commercial Manager, you will lead, manage, and support all pre and post commercial activities within the regional office, ensuring that commercial opportunity is optimised and converted as appropriate.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Participating in tender appraisal, bid strategy, and adjudication.
2. Ensuring that the post contract administration of projects is entirely in accordance with the company’s CSI.
3. Identifying any commercial threats to projects/the company swiftly and implementing effective counter measures.
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager who has:
* Knowledge and understanding of sub-contract/material orders and the buying process.
* The ability to form and develop relationships with Clients, PQS, the Design team, and the supply chain.
* Commercial acumen to maximise profit and cash management.
* A good understanding of claims and dispute resolution.
* Experience with financial reports and is comfortable managing activities across the region.
