Our client is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships with property developers, estate agents, brokers, and private clients while also bringing expertise in graphic design, bid package preparation, and marketing strategy.
You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, working closely with the leadership team to develop and refine the business development strategy.

This position would suit someone who has experience as a Business Development Manager, Business Development Executive, Bids Coordinator, Marketing Specialist with a particular interest or knowledge of the property of luxury Interiors sector.
Package: £45,000 per annum (Dependent upon experience) Commission Structure Pension Scheme Career Growth Opportunities Duties: Identify and develop new business opportunities within Londons residential and hospitality sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, estate agents, and brokers.
Create compelling bid packages and pitch presentations, leveraging graphic design skills to enhance proposals.
Develop and execute a marketing and business development strategy to drive brand awareness and client acquisition.
Work closely with the leadership team to refine BD processes and long-term growth strategies.
Attend networking events, industry functions, and client meetings to expand the studios presence in the market.
Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development within the UK property or AEC sectors Strong network within Londons real estate and development industry would be massively advantageous.
Graphic design proficiency, with the ability to create visually compelling bid packages and marketing materials.
A solid understanding of marketing, branding, and client engagement strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to drive results.
