Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Registered Manager to lead a residential childrens home in Stoke on Trent. The Registered Manager will oversee the overall management and operation of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, fostering a positive culture, and providing strong leadership to the staff team.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of the residential childrens home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.
2. Lead, inspire, and manage a dedicated team of staff, providing supervision, guidance, and support.
3. Develop and implement individual care and behaviour plans, along with risk assessments for each child, ensuring their needs are effectively met.
4. Maintain effective communication with children, families, external agencies, and professionals involved in their care.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and safeguarding procedures.
